Throughout her career, she has managed condominium communities, apartment complexes, vacation rentals, and resort-style properties while building a reputation for dependable communication, organization, and attention to detail.



Cheryl’s background includes overseeing multi-family communities, managing vacation rental operations, coordinating renovations, increasing property revenue, and maintaining exceptional guest and owner satisfaction. Her experience in customer service, property operations, storm recovery coordination, and hospitality management helps PPMS provide homeowners with reliable, professional oversight and peace of mind while they are away. 

Luke Lawrence:

Certified Pool Operator

Luke brings decades of hands-on experience in property maintenance, renovations, hospitality operations, and multifamily property management. His background includes overseeing condominium properties, vacation rentals, resort maintenance, pool operations, renovations, landscaping, vendor coordination, and day-to-day property upkeep across Florida and multiple states.

Throughout his career, Luke has managed large renovation projects, supervised staff and contractors, coordinated maintenance operations, and maintained high standards across residential and hospitality properties. His practical experience, attention to detail, and strong operational background help ensure every PPMS property is professionally monitored, maintained, and cared for year-round.
