During that time, Cheryl and Luke were dependable, trustworthy, and responsive in helping us manage both rentals that came through our condo website as well as our VRBO reservations. Their communication with both us and our guests was prompt and professional, helping create a positive experience for everyone involved.

One of the things we appreciated most was the care they showed toward our property. Since we were not always able to be there in person, it gave us peace of mind knowing they were keeping an eye on the unit and responding when issues arose. During storms and severe weather, they were especially helpful in checking on the property and keeping us informed. Following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, they also played an important role in helping our building recover and become operational for rentals again within three months.

Cheryl and Luke coordinated repairs and work orders with outside vendors, including A/C and electrical companies, whenever maintenance issues occurred. In addition, Luke routinely handled many general maintenance needs himself, including repairs to sliding doors, toilet leaks, carpentry work, disposal repairs, and other day-to-day upkeep items. Their willingness to step in and assist was very helpful, particularly when we were unable to be onsite ourselves.

Throughout the years, they demonstrated reliability and genuine care for both our property and guests. We appreciate all of their support and would recommend them to anyone seeking responsible and capable property managers or caretakers.
